Job description

Seeking an individual who is passionate about helping people reach their fitness and wellness goals.  This individual should be able to encourage, motivate, and create a welcoming environment for members while also working with a team to promote wellness through programming, group exercise, personal training, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to create an environment that promotes inclusion, enjoyment, is welcoming to all.  Be the missing link to our team of professionals.

Work schedule:

1. We are looking to fill both full-time as well as part-time positions.


1. Educate and assist as needed on the fitness floor by providing assistance with machine instruction, spotting, and guidance of facility procedures.

2. Teach group exercise classes both in person and virtually.

3.  Provide fitness assessments based on the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines.

4. Maintain cleanliness and safety of fitness facility, by completing spot checks of equipment and taking immediate action when equipment is not safe for use.

5. Encourage participation of members and promote a healthy environment.

6. Adhere to policies and procedures set forth by the client that we serve.

7. Perform personal training sessions outside of scheduled shifts (optional).

8.  Attend all company training sessions


1. Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or other health related degree (preferred)

2. Nationally Accredited Personal Training or Group Exercise certification.

3. CPR/AED & first aid certification, within 30 days of hire.

4. Must be able to pass a background check.
